GROUP FITNESS

The Serpentine Jarrahdale Community Recreation Centre also offers an extensive range of group fitness classes. Classes are suitable for participants of all fitness levels and provide exercise in a fun and exciting format. The centre uses the Les Mills International Group Fitness Programs, which are recognised throughout the world as being fun and effective programs.

BODY ATTACK is a brand new class to the group fitness timetable at the Serpentine Jarrahdale Community Recreation Centre.

Benefits of Body Attack:

1. Burns calories for a leaner body

2. Tone and shape

3. Raise overall fitness and stamia for high energy sports

4. Improve co-ordination and agility

5. Deliver strength through core conditioning work

6. Enhance bone health and density

7. Increases heart and lunge capacity through a full body cardio workout
